AN, ORDINANCE. ACCEPTI-NG THE OFFER OF BARBARA AND DWAYNE
HAUSLEY, 1316 NANCY HANKS _ROAD, . LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY 40504, TO
PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE_ CITY IN, LOT 2 BLOCK 1 ON SOUTH 10TH
STREET, FOR THE SUM OF $350.00_, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED
BE IT ORDAINED. BY THE BOA -RD OF •COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION .1. -That the: offer of Barbara and DWAYNE Hausley, in -the
amount of $350.00 to purchase the interest of the City in the following described
land in said City be accepted, said land being described as follows:
Commencing at a stake on Grand Avenue and at the lower
line of the lot,now occupied by Henry Deboe and is marked
on the plat as No. 2 and runs with Grand Avenue 40 feet to-
wards north; thence at right angles and with Frank Brown's
line 173 feet; thence at right angles 40 feet; thence at right

Fisher plat of Addition to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as
No. 2.
Being the same land (William Welch, et al) conveyed to the
City of Paducah on the 17th day of March, 1965, by Dalton
A. Woodall, Master Commissioner, by deed of record in Deed
Book 465, Page 304, in the McCracken County Court Clerk's
Office.
SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $350.00 (plus $6.00
for recording fee to be paid by the City) to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Barbara and Dwayne
Hausley, all of the right, title and interest of the City in the property described
in Section 1 hereof and that said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only,
shall contain no warranty as to title and shall be subject to any state of facts
as might be shown by an accurate survey.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
