AN ORDINANCE. APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH
PLANNING COMMISSION_ RESPECTING THE _REZONING ;OF PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN
BLOOM AVENUE AND LITTLE_ -AVENUE IN LITTLEVILLE, AND AMENDING THE PADUCAH
ZONING ORDINANCE.. - .19.76 SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING -- - -
_BE IT_ ORDAINED BY THE .BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission
on Janizary 21, 1980, entitled, "A RESOLUTION CONSTI-TUTING THE FINAL. REPORT
OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING- OF. PROPERTY
LOCATED BETWEEN BLOOM AVENUE, AND LITTLE AVENUE IN - LITTLEVILLE" ,. be
approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein
set forth.
SECTION 2. That the zone- classification change and the map amendment
proposed ,in said resolution be,_ and the same are hereby, declared to be in agree-
ment with the comprehensive plan of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 3. That the zone classification of the following property be,
and it is hereby, changed from M-2, Heavy Industrial to M-3, High Density
Industrial Zone:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Little Avenue
and Fulton Street; thence in a westerly direction and with the
centerline of Fulton Street .395 feet to the intersection of the
centerlines of Fulton Street and Bloom Avenue; thence in a
northerly ,direction.. -and -.with the . -centerline- of Bloom Avenue
285 feet; thence in an easterly direction and with the line
separating the properties of Grief and Maupin 200 feet to the
centerline of 16 1/2 foot alley; thence in a southerly direction
and with the centerline of said alley 40 feet, to the intersection
of the centerline of that alley and the centerline of another alley;
thence in an easterly direction and with the centerline of the
second alley 195 feet to the centerline of Little Avenue; thence
in a southerly direction and with the centerline of Little Avenue
245 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance
shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency
or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other
section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this
ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable
from all other sections, paragraphs, and provisions.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full ofrce and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
