A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING A REVISION OF THE UTILITY
ALLOWANCES FOR THE SECTION 8 HOUSING PROGRAM EFFECTIVE MAY 1,
2010, AS REQUIRED BY THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
ACT OF 1974, AS REVISED
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah adopts a Revision of the Utility
Allowances for the Section 8 Housing Program reflecting certain changes in utility rates.
SECTION 2. These rates will become effective May 1, 2010.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
