A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $23,500 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE HUMAN RESOURCES-SERVICES/OTHER
ACCOUNT FOR RECRUITING SERVICES TO SELECT A NEW CITY MANAGER
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $23,500, from the Commission Contingency account to the Human Resources-
Services/Other Account for recruiting services to select a new City Manager.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
