A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPOINTING JONATHAN PERKINS TO
THE POSITION OF INTERIM CITY MANAGER FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Effective at 12:01 a.m., March 10, 2010, Jonathan Perkins is
hereby appointed Interim City Manager for the City of Paducah, and shall perform such
administrative duties as may be assigned to him by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. Jonathan Perkins and the City of Paducah shall execute a
contract providing that he shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Commissioners and
be in a legal form acceptable to the City's Corporation Counsel.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
