A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME FOR
ACQUISITION OF A PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT
3236 OLIVET CHURCH ROAD FOR THE OLIVET CHURCH ROAD
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF $3,335.00
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of
Conveyance and all documents relating to same, with Ronald L. Meldi, and wife, Mary E.
Meldi, for acquisition of a permanent public utility easement located at 3236 Olivet
Church Road for the Olivet Church Road Improvement Project, for and in consideration
of $3,335.00, and more particularly described as follows:
PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
Being a portion Lot 7 in the Kindred Subdivision as shown by
plat of record in Plat Book "G", Page 93, in the McCracken
County Clerk's Office, having an address of 3236 Olivet Church
Road, Paducah, Kentucky, and being more particularly
described as follows:
PARCEL #33
Beginning at a point located 31.22 feet right of Olivet Church Road
station 55+31.64; thence North 22 degrees 43 minutes 16 seconds
East a distance of 150.00 feet to a point, said point being located
31.07 feet right of Olivet Church Road station 56+81.64; thence
38.43 feet along a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of
25.00 feet, a chord bearing of North 66 degrees 45 minutes 36
seconds East, and a chord length of 34.76 feet to a point, said
point being located 55.20 feet right of Olivet Church Road
station 57+06.65; thence 14.62 feet along a curve to the left, said
curve having a radius of 928.00 feet, a chord bearing of South 69
degrees 39 minutes 09 seconds East, and a chord length of 14.62
feet to a point, said point being located 69.81 feet right of Olivet
Church Road station 57+07.27; thence 38.04 feet along a curve to
the left, said curve having a radius of 25.00 feet, a chord bearing of
South 66 degrees 18 minutes 31 seconds West, and a chord
length of 34.47 feet to a point, said point being located 46.07 feet
right of Olivet Church Road station 56+82.28; thence South 22
degrees 43 minutes 16 seconds West a distance of 150.62 feet to
a point, said point being located 46.22 feet right of Olivet Church
Road station 55+31.65; thence North 67 degrees 16 minutes 44
seconds West a distance of 15.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The above-described parcel contains 0.0600 acres (2,614.17 sq.
ft.), more or less.
Being a portion of the same tract of land conveyed to the
Grantors by deed dated August 1, 1990, which is duly recorded
in Deed Book 743 Page 145 in the office of the County Clerk of
McCracken County, Kentucky.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged through Project Account
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
