That the Position and Pay Schedule is hereby amended to reflect the vacancy of one full-time Recreation/Parks Specialist position in the Parks Services Department and create the position of Temporary/Part-Time Recreation Supervisor at the rate of $14.00 per hour. Special duty pay shall be discontinued upon reassignment of a police officer to duties other than those described above.
