A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING SECTION B OF THE POSITION
AND PAY SCHEDULE AND TABLE 3 PAY RANGES FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY TO ABOLISH THE POSITION OF HUMAN
RESOURCES SPECIALIST AND CREATE THE POSITION OF BUDGET ANALYST
IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION OF THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Position and Pay Schedule and Table 3 Pay Ranges
are hereby amended to abolish the position of Human Resources Specialist and create the
position of Budget Analyst at the Pay Grade of 57 in the Human Resources Division of
the Finance Department.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.

`A police officer who is regularly assigned to investigative duties in the Drug and Vice Enforcement Unit (D.A.V.E.), as a detective,
K-9 officer, Emergency Response Team member, Crisis Intervention Team member, Accident Reconstruction Team member
or bomb technician by the Chief of Police and with the approval of the City Manager, shall after the first thirty (30) days of such
assignment, receive additional compensation of forty dollars ($40) per bi-weekly pay period effective December 29, 1992. Special
duty pay shall be discontinued upon reassignment of a police officer to duties other than those described above.
