A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $18,000 FROM COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY TO THE BURIAL ACCOUNT FOR REIMBURSEMENT TO
MCCRACKEN COUNTY FISCAL COURT FOR HALF THE COST OF INDIGENT
BURIALS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2010
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $18,000 from the Commission Contingency account to the burial account for
reimbursement to McCracken County Fiscal Court for half the cost of indigent burials
during fiscal year 2010.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
