A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A 2010 UNDERAGE DRINKING
ENFORCEMENT GRANT THROUGH THE KENTUCKY JUSTICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
CABINET FOR USE BY THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a 2010 Underage Drinking Enforcement Grant in the amount of $24,950 through the
Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet for the man-hours, equipment purchases, training
and travel, and commodities for the educational and enforcement components of underage
drinking enforcement. No local match is required.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
