A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME FOR
ACQUISITION OF PERMANENT RIGHT OF WAY AND A PERMANENT PUBLIC
UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT 3330 OLIVET CHURCH ROAD FOR THE OLIVET
CHURCH ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF
$2,860.00
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of Conveyance
and all documents relating to same, with Corey and Ester Julian, for acquisition of permanent
right of way and a permanent public utility easement located at 3330 Olivet Church Road for the
Olivet Church Road Improvement Project, for and in consideration of $2,860.00, and more
particularly described as follows:
PERMANENT RIGHT OF WAY
Being a portion Lot 4 in the Kindred Subdivision as shown by plat of
record in Plat Book "G", Page 93, in the McCracken County Clerk's
Office, having an address of 3330 Olivet Church Road, Paducah,
Kentucky, and being more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL #38
Beginning at a point located 30.67 feet right of Olivet Church Road
station 60+66.74; thence North 22 degrees 43 minutes 16 seconds
East a distance of 150.84 feet to a point, said point being located 30.51
feet right of Olivet Church Road station 62+17.59; thence South 67
degrees 16 minutes 44 seconds East a distance of 0.49 feet to a point,
said point being located 31.00 feet right of Olivet Church Road station
62+17.59; thence South 22 degrees 46 minutes 49 seconds West a
distance of 150.84 feet to a point, said point being located 31.00 feet
right of Olivet Church Road station 60+66.74; thence North 67 degrees
16 minutes 44 seconds West a distance of 0.33 feet to the point of
beginning.
The above-described parcel contains 0.0014 acres (61.73 sq. ft.), more
or less.
Being a portion of the same tract of land conveyed to the Grantors by
deed dated September 22, 2000, which is duly recorded in Deed Book
943 Page 453 in the office of the County Clerk of McCracken County,
Kentucky.
PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
Beginning at a point located 30.99 feet right of Olivet Church Road
station 60+76.74; thence North 22 degrees 46 minutes 49 seconds
East a distance of 140.84 feet to a point, said point being located 31.00
feet right of Olivet Church Road station 62+17.59; thence South 67
degrees 16 minutes 44 seconds East a distance of 15.00 feet to a
point, said point being located 46.00 feet right of Olivet Church Road
station 62+17.60; thence South 22 degrees 46 minutes 49 seconds
West a distance of 140.84 feet to a point, said point being located
46.00 feet right of Olivet Church Road station 60+76.76; thence North
67 degrees 16 minutes 44 seconds West a distance of 15.01 feet to
the point of beginning.
The above-described parcel contains 0.0485 acres (2,113.36 sq. ft.),
more or less.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged through Project Account No.
ST0027.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
