A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR ACQUISITION OF PERMANENT
RIGHT OF WAY AND A PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT 5210 EVA
DRIVE FOR THE OLIVET CHURCH ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, FOR AND IN
CONSIDERATION OF $10,000.00
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of Conveyance and all
documents relating to same, with Tony S. Smith and Robert Martin, for acquisition of permanent right of
way and a permanent public utility easement located at 5210 Eva Drive for the Olivet Church Road
Improvement Project, for and in consideration of $10,000.00, and more particularly described as follows:
PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
Being a portion Lot 1, Block B, in the Foxwood Estates Subdivision as
shown by plat of record in Plat Book "G", Page 379, in the McCracken
County Clerk's Office, having an address of 5210 Eva Drive, Paducah,
Kentucky, and being more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL #49
Beginning at a point located 102.01 feet left of Olivet Church Road
station 71+66.67; thence North 37 degrees 53 minutes 47 seconds
West a distance of 38.27 feet to a point, said point being located
140.25 feet left of Olivet Church Road station 71+67.91; thence 147.84
feet along a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 275.00 feet,
a chord bearing of North 53 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds West, and
a chord length of 146.06 feet to a point, said point being located 283.18
feet left of Olivet Church Road station 71+46.67; thence South 68
degrees 41 minutes 52 seconds East a distance of 154.16 feet to a
point, said point being located 148.34 feet left of Olivet Church Road
station 71+99.13; thence 31.66 feet along a curve to the right, said
curve having a radius of 20.00 feet, a chord bearing of South 23
degrees 20 minutes 51 seconds East, and a chord length of 28.46 feet
to a point, said point being located 120.67 feet left of Olivet Church
Road station 71+93.89; thence South 22 degrees 00 minutes 10
seconds West a distance of 38.15 feet to the point of beginning.
The above-described parcel contains 0.0757 acres (3,295.98 sq. ft.),
more or less.
Being a portion of the same tract of land conveyed to the Grantors by
deed dated May 27, 2005, which is duly recorded in Deed Book 1066
Page 339 in the office of the County Clerk of McCracken County,
Kentucky.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged through Project Account No. ST0027.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
