A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR ACQUISITION OF PERMANENT
RIGHT OF WAY AND A PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT 3416
OLIVET CHURCH ROAD FOR THE OLIVET CHURCH ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, FOR
AND IN CONSIDERATION OF $3,115.00
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of Conveyance and all
documents relating to same, with Steve and Julie Duperrieu, for acquisition of permanent right of way
and a permanent public utility easement located at 3416 Olivet Church Road for the Olivet Church Road
Improvement Project, for and in consideration of $3,115.00, and more particularly described as follows:
PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
Being a portion Lot 1 in the Kindred Subdivision as shown by plat of
record in Plat Book "G", Page 93, in the McCracken County Clerk's
Office, having an address of 3416 Olivet Church Road, Paducah,
Kentucky, and being more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL #46
Beginning at a point located 30.12 feet right of Olivet Church Road
station 65+92.82; thence North 22 degrees 43 minutes 16 seconds
East a distance of 147.81 feet to a point, said point being located 29.97
feet right of Olivet Church Road station 67+40.63; thence South 76
degrees 31 minutes 43 seconds East a distance of 1.04 feet to a point,
said point being located 31.00 feet right of Olivet Church Road station
67+40.80; thence South 22 degrees 46 minutes 49 seconds West a
distance of 147.97 feet to a point, said point being located 31.00 feet
right of Olivet Church Road station 65+92.83; thence North 67 degrees
34 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 0.88 feet to the point of
beginning.
The above-described parcel contains 0.0032 acres (140.75 sq. ft.),
more or less.
Being a portion of the same tract of land conveyed to the Grantors by
deed dated July 21, 2009 which is duly recorded in Deed Book 1171,
Page 209 in the office of the County Clerk of McCracken County,
Kentucky.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged through Project Account No. ST0027.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
