A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR ACCEPTANCE
OF THE DONATION OF A PORTION OF PERMANENT RIGHT OF WAY LOCATED AT
3301 OLIVET CHURCH ROAD FOR THE OLIVET CHURCH ROAD IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of
Conveyance and all documents relating to same, with William and Maddalena Davis, for
acceptance of the donation of a portion of permanent right of way located at 3301 Olivet Church
Road and more particularly described as follows:
PERMANENT RIGHT OF WAY
Being a portion Lot 1, Block "A" in the Pace Place Subdivision, Addition
#1, as shown by plat of record in Plat Book "G", Page 179, in the
McCracken County Clerk's Office, having an address of 3301 Olivet
Church Road, Paducah, Kentucky, and being more particularly
described as follows:
PARCEL #35
Beginning at a point located 29.03 feet left of Olivet Church Road
station 57+73.04; thence North 68 degrees 31 minutes 11 seconds
West a distance of 1.97 feet to a point, said point being located 31.00
feet left of Olivet Church Road station 57+72.99; thence North 22
degrees 46 minutes 49 seconds East a distance of 110.01 feet to a
point, said point being located 31.00 feet left of Olivet Church Road
station 58+83.00; thence South 68 degrees 31 minutes 11 seconds
East a distance of 1.86 feet to a point, said point being located 29.14
feet left of Olivet Church Road station 58+83.04; thence South 22
degrees 43 minutes 16 seconds West a distance of 110.00 feet to the
point of beginning.
The above-described parcel contains 0.0048 acres (210.72 sq. ft.),
more or less.
Being a portion of the same tract of land conveyed to the Grantors by
deed dated June 19, 1989, which is duly recorded in Deed Book 728
Page 375 in the office of the County Clerk of McCracken County,
Kentucky.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
