A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR ACQUISITION OF A PERMANENT
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT 3220 OLIVET CHURCH ROAD FOR THE OLIVET
CHURCH ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF $3,250.00
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of Conveyance and all
documents necessary, with Robert Franklin and Marilyn Jones Pirtle, for acquisition of a permanent
public utility easement located at 3220 Olivet Church Road for the Olivet Church Road Improvement
Project, for and in consideration of $3,250.00, and more particularly described as follows:
PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
Being a portion Lot 8 in the Kindred Subdivision as shown by plat of
record in Plat Book "G", Page 93, in the McCracken County Clerk's
Office, having an address of 3220 Olivet Church Road, Paducah,
Kentucky, and being more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL #32
Beginning at a point located 31.40 feet right of Olivet Church Road station
53+60.85; thence North 22 degrees 43 minutes 16 seconds East a
distance of 170.79 feet to a point, said point being located 31.22 feet right
of Olivet Church Road station 55+31.64; thence South 67 degrees 16
minutes 44 seconds East a distance of 15.00 feet to a point, said point
being located 46.22 feet right of Olivet Church Road station 55+31.65;
thence South 22 degrees 43 minutes 16 seconds West a distance of
168.38 feet to a point, said point being located 46.40 feet right of Olivet
Church Road station 53+63.27; thence North 76 degrees 23 minutes 45
seconds West a distance of 15.19 feet to the point of beginning.
The above-described parcel contains 0.0584 acres (2,543.76 sq. ft.), more
or less.
Being a portion of the same tract of land conveyed to the Grantors by
deed dated August 20, 1965, which is duly recorded in Deed Book 469
Page 515 in the office of the County Clerk of McCracken County,
Kentucky.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged through Project Account No. ST0027.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
