HomeMy WebLinkAboutMO # 1493MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1493 A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR ACQUISITION OF A PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT 3200 OLIVET CHURCH ROAD FOR THE OLIVET CHURCH ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF $2,900.00 BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of Conveyance and all documents relating to same, with Charles Dillard Hillman, for acquisition of a permanent public utility easement located at 3200 Olivet Church Road for the Olivet Church Road Improvement Project, for and in consideration of $2,900.00, and more particularly described as follows: PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT Being a portion of property subdivided as shown by plat of record in Plat Book "G", Page 206, in the McCracken County Clerk's Office, having an address of 3200 Olivet Church Road, Paducah, Kentucky, and being more particularly described as follows: PARCEL #30 Beginning at a point located 31.56 feet right of Olivet Church Road station 52+04.34; thence North 22 degrees 43 minutes 16 seconds East a distance of 151.45 feet to a point, said point being located 31.40 feet right of Olivet Church Road station 53+55.79; thence South 76 degrees 23 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of 15.19 feet to a point, said point being located 46.40 feet right of Olivet Church Road station 53+58.21; thence South 22 degrees 43 minutes 16 seconds West a distance of 151.38 feet to a point, said point being located 46.56 feet right of Olivet Church Road station 52+06.83; thence North 76 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 15.20 feet to the point of beginning. The above-described parcel contains 0.0521 acres (2,271.19 sq. ft.), more or less. Being a portion of the same tract of land conveyed to Charles Dillard Hillman and wife, Virginia Carter Hillman by deed dated February 28, 1969, which is duly recorded in Deed Book 506 Page 537 in the office of the County Clerk of McCracken County, Kentucky. Virginia Carter Hillman is now deceased and pursuant to the survivorship provision in said Deed, her interest vested immediately at her death in Charles Dillard Hillman. SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged through Project Account No. ST0027. SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption. ATTEST: .lNmry S.
