A MUNICIPAL ORDER RATIFYING THE MAYOR'S EXECUTION
OF THE STATEMENT OF AFFILIATION FOR McCRACKEN COUNTY DES
RESCUE SQUAD
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby ratifies the Mayor's
execution of the Statement of Affiliation for McCracken County DES Rescue Squad.
Services provided by the DES Rescue Squad are categorized as rescue, recovery, damage
assessment, emergency sheltering, evacuation and assistance in mitigating disasters.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
