HomeMy WebLinkAboutMO # 1482MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1482 A MUNICIPAL ORDER ABOLISHING THE CLASSIFICATION/PAY SCHEDULE TABLE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY AND CREATING THE POSITION AND PAY SCHEDULE BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby abolishes the Classification/Pay Schedule Table and hereby creates the Position and Pay Schedule for the employees of the City of Paducah. The Operational Efficiency Plan adopted by Municipal Order No. 1445 on April 14, 2009 and all subsequent changes are included in the Position and Pay Schedule. SECTION 2. Special duty pay shall be discontinued upon reassignment of a police officer to duties other than those described above.
