ORDINANCE NO. 78-11-1639
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF` ORDINANCE NO. 78--10-1624;
SECTION 2 OF' ORDINANCE NO. 78-6-1579; AND SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO.
78-10-1629
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section' 3 of Ordinance No. 78-'10-1624 be, and it
is hereby,' amended and'reordained to read as follows:
"SECTION I.' 'The purchase price for said plastic bags shall be charged
to Federal' Revenue Sharing Account No. r 3412".
SECTION '2. That -Section 2'6f Ordinance No. U-6=1579` be, and it
is hereby°;`amended -and �reordained'to -read--a's follows:
"SECTION ' 2.` That Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 6677 shall 'be
charged with the aforesaid expendituref,'
SECTION`3: That Section 3 'of Ordinance' No. 78-10=1629 be, and it is
hereby, amended and reordained to read as follows:
"SECTION 3. The 'charges for such proposal shall be charged to
General Fund Account No. 3254".
SECTION 4. That all other Sections of Ordinance No. 78-10-1624,
Ordinance No. 78-6-1579 and Ordinance' No. 78-10-1629 be reaffirmed and reordained.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect and
retroactive to October 24, 1978.
