NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF,. PADUCAH, .KENTUCKY: - - . - -, --- SECTION 1. That the Assistant Corporation Cotxnsel.be, and he is here-- by, ordered and directed to institute condemnation proceedings in McCracken Circuit Court against Jtzlitzs Tyler and wife, Shirley R. Tyler, and any and all other parties in interest to acquire all of the right, title and interest in the subject property owned by the aforementioned . SECTION 2. That the parcel to be taken is more particularly described as follows: TRACT I - 424 Sotzth 9th Street Beginning at a point on the east side of Sotzth 9th Street 90 feet north of the northeast corner of the intersection of Sotzth 9th and Adams Street; thence running in a northerly direction with the east line of Sotzth 9th Street 40 feet; thence at right angles and towards Sotzth 8th Street one hundred sixty five (165) feet; thence at right angles and toward Adams Street 40 feet; thence at right angles 165 feet to the point of beginning. 445 TRACT II - 426 Sotzth 9th Street Beginning at a point in the easterly line of Sotzth 9th Street 90 feet northerly from the northeast corner of the intersection of 9th and Adams Streets; thence eastwardly and towards 8th Street a distance of 115 feet 6 inches; thence at right angles and with, Elliott's line _ 115 feet 6 inches to a point in the line of 9th Street; thence in a northerly direction a distance of 43 feet 2 inches to the point of _, _ beginning TRACT III - 428 Sotzth 9th Street Beginning at a point at the intersection of 9th and Adams Streets; thence down 9th Street and with the east line thereof towards CTa.rk Street 46 feet 10 inches; thence at right angles toward 8th Street 60 feet; thence at right angles 46 feet 10 inches to_ the line of Adams Street; thence at right angles and with the line of Adams Street 60 feet to the _point of beginning,.
