MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1808
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $15,000 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE CITY'S WAR MEMORIAL ACCOUNT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $15,000.00, from the Commission Contingency account to the City's War
Memorial account to be used for construction of a monument to recognize America's
fight on terror. .
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
