STONE AND WIFE , LUCILLE STONE, TO BE USED FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH PUBLIC WORKS GARAGE AND PROVIDING FOR AND AUTHORIZING THE CONDEMNATION OF SAME WHEREAS , a parcel of real estate is owned of record by Charles S . Stone and wife, Lucille Stone, and is necessary for the completion of the Public Works Garage, and WHEREAS , it does not appear that a purchase agreement can be reached at this time with the owners of the subject property, and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does therefore agree that it will be necessary to institute condemnation proceedings pursuant to the Kentucky Revised Statutes to acquire title to this property . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. ~ That the Corporation Counsel be, and he is hereby, ordered and directed to institute condemnation proceedings in the McCracken Circuit Court against Charles S. Stone and wife, Lucille Stone, and any and all other parties in interest to acquire all of the right, title and interest in the subject property owned by the aforementioned . SECTION 2'. Thaf the parcel: to .be 'taken' is more- particularly described as follows: _._ - .. - _ - Being a part of Block `No. 41' in Addition ',iFrt of the 'Harris, -Flournoy; Trimble, and Norton Addition to` the City"°of Paducah; and beginning at' apoint in the' west right of way line of Burnett Street ~40 feet South of~ the ~ south- right of Tway' line of - .. North. 9th 5treet;'`thence in a° southerly direction'"with the -west" right of way line of~ Burnett'`Street`80 feet to a point;" thence in a westerly direction and parallel with North 9th Street 150 - feet to a point;: thence iri' a -northerly~~direetion and parallel ' with Burnett Street. 60 feet to .a `point; thence in ' an easterly direction aril parallel with` North` 9th ''Street' 150 feet fo the' point of beginning. . ' The' above described property was conveyed to Charles 'S . Stone and wife , Lucille L . Stone by Richard R . Bryan and wife , Dorothy Bryan, as recorded March 7 , 1946 , in -Deed Book 243 , Page 367. Known as 905 and 907 Burnett Street . SECTION 3.
