B-79-DN-21-0054, UNDER TITLE I OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1977 , AS AMENDED BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute the Second Year Funding Agreement of Small Cities Grant No . B-79-DN-21- 0054, in the amount of $1,077,300. The City agrees to comply with the terms and conditions , applicable law , regulations and all requirements of HUD , now or here- after in effect, pertaining to assistance provided under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1977, as amended. _ SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption .
