NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE.-.CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: - - SECTION 1. That the City Manager be authorized to .enter into negotiations for the purchase of the Henneberger. :,.Insurance Building. - SECTION 2 .
