NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute any and all documents necessary for the application of grants for the establishment .. ,. _ ., - e ,. ; ,. . , , .:. of a public transportation system , which grants are available from the joint admin- istration of the Federal Highway Administration and Urban Mass Public Transit Administration .
