PECK, TO BE USED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A STORM DRAINAGE PROJECT , AND PROVIDING FOR AND AUTHORIZING THE CONDEMNATION OF SAME ., __ WHEREAS , a parcel of real estate is owned of record by Donald E . Peck , and is necessary' for the completion of a storm drainage project, and WHEREAS , the City Engineering Department has requested institution of condemnation proceedings , and WHEREAS , it does not `appear that a purchase agreement can be reached at this time with the owner of the subject property, and WHEREAS , the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah , Kentucky , .. _, .- does agree that it will be necessary° to institute condemnation proceedings pursuant to the Kentucky Revised Statutes ` to acquire title to this property . ._ ;, - - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH , KENTUCKY: - - -- SECTION 1. That the Corporation Counsel- be, and he is hereby, ordered and directed to institute condemnation proceedings in the McCracken Circuit Court against"Donald' E.
