AN, ORDINANCE -ACCEPTING- THE BID OF ALLAN RHODES FORD AND
HONDA FOR `SALE' -TO_ THE =CITY OF T11REE*_F`150 -PICKUP TRUCKS FOR USE B5F-1
THE STREET DEPARTMENT, -FOR THESUM' OF $15,847.,801_1;98S__$_250.60 FOR TRADE-
IN OF A 1970 CHEVROLET AND 1963 DODGE, MAKING A NET OF $15,597.8_6;
AND AUTHORIZING -THE' CITY -MANAGER-TO' EXECUTE=A CONTRACT FOR SUCH
PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THEW CITY OF
PADUCAHKENTUCKY:
SECTION 1: That, the- City bf`Paducah 'accept the' bid - of Rhodes- Ford
and Honda for sale to the City of three' F -156 -Pickup Trucks f6r'iisd'-b'y the Street
Department; 'for the sum of $15,847.80 less '$250`.--0'0: for trade= I in of I a 1 - 970 Chevrolet
and 1963.� Do'dge,-Making a -'riot of $15'j 597.-80; said- bid' being in substantial compliance
with the bid specifications and advertisement for ' bids 'as "was authorized by reso-
