HomeMy WebLinkAboutHousing amd Community Development Act of 1977103 A RESOLUTION APPROVING "THE CITY OF PADUCAH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM CITIZEN PARTICIPATION- PLAN" AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING 'THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO 'EXECUTE SAID PLAN WHEREAS , the revised Housing and Community Development Act of 1977 requires the preparation and formal" adoption of a' Citizen Participation Plan to be implemented in carrying out Community Development activities, and WHE~i,AS , the City of Paducah , Kentucky does now" desire to adopt a Citizen Participation Plan in .order""to comply with said requirements . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD" OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH , KENTUCKY: ' " SECTION ' 1. That "The City of Paducah Community Development Program Citizen Participation Plan" as attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof be adopted :and approved in compliance with ~ tY~e revised -Hoiis:ng and Community Development Act of 1977. SECTION 2. That the May~sr ;and` City' Clerk "be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute the aforesaid Plan in behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky. " ~ ~ " SECTION 3.
