That the City Manager be , and he is hereby , authorized to execute a lease on behalf of the City of Paducah , Kentucky , leasing the premises known as 314 Clark Street , Paducah , Kentucky , from O . K . Rocker and wife, Lucille Rocker, for a period of one (1) year, at a monthly rental rate of $475.00 per month. SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption .
