Home My WebLink About83-7-2413650 ORDINANCE NO. 83-7-2413 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT, WITH MIDCO COMPANY AND PRECISION TRANSMISSION FOR REPAIRS TO THE TEREX SCRAPER USED ON THE LANDFILL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENY TO EXIST BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to -enter into a contract with Midco Company for the sum of $10,405.49, and _Precision Transmission in the amount of $1,285.20, for repairs to the Terex Scraper used on the landfill. SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 10-500- 420-309. SECTION 3. Due to the need of using this equipment daily, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full -force and effect upon its passage at one reading. JOHN K.
