MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1791
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A
GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000, THROUGH THE KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION
CABINET FOR THE PAULA NYE MEMORIAL EDUCATION GRANT FOR BICYCLIST
AND PEDESTRIAN SAFETY
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a grant in the amount of $5,000 through the Kentucky
Transportation Cabinet for The Paula Nye Memorial Education Grant for Bicyclist and
Pedestrian Safety. A local cash match is not required.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
