AN ORDINANCE='AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 82 -7 -2256 -ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE
ADOPTING THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1982
THROUGH JUNE_ -3:0 _.1983, .BY ESTIMATING REVENUES AND RESOURCES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
FOR THE OPERATION OF CITY GOVERNMENT
WHEREAS -'in -order tb'remo-ve parking meters from the central business
district, it is necessary to appropriate $70,000 to the Parking Meter Sinking Fund in
order to de=fease the City' -of Paducah'Parking Facilities Refunding and Improvement
Bonds,.dated November 1,-1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. .That the annual--budgef for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
1982 and ending:`June: 30; 19831 is hereby -'amended- as follows:
