A SUM NOT TO EXCEED $3,000 FOR REPAIR PARTS TO BE USED ON THE FIAT-ALLIS 14C FRONT END LOADER USED ON THE LANDFILL BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be, and they are hereby, authorized to pay Kentucky Machinery, Inc., a sum not to exceed $3,000 for repair parts to be used on the Fiat -Allis 14C Front End Loader used on the landfill. SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 20-500-420-514. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
