ORDINANCE NO. 82-5-2239
AN -ORDINANCE ACCEPTlNG THE PROPOSAL OF ALLEN AND KLEET AND ASSOCIATES,
CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS,:FOR=AUDITING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH FROM
JULY 1, 1981 TO JUNE 30, 1982, FOR THE SUM OF $13,600.00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH; KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the -City of Paducah accept the proposal of -Allen and
Kleet and Associates, Certified Public Accountants, to perform the audits of all
city accounts, including the general fund, federal revenue sharing, the police
and firemen's pension fund, the appointive employees' pension fund, sewer system
funds, parking facility funds; and other incidental accounting services, for the
sum of $13,600.00, covering the period from July 1, 1981 to June 30, 1982; said
proposal being according to the terms and conditions set forth in the letter of
Allen and Kleet and Associates, Certified Public Accountants, to Mr. Carl Holder,
City Manager, dated April 12, 1982.
SECTION 2. Payment for the audit expenses set forth in Section 1 above
shall be made from the accounts in the general fund and federal revenue sharing
funds as set forth in the City of Paducah's Annual Budget for fiscal year
July 1, 1982 through June 30, 1983.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
