THE SUM OF $10,000 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be, and they are hereby, authorized to pay to Growth, Inc., the sum of $10,000.00. SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 002-005-501-94. SECTION 3.
