AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY OF. THE -CITY OF PADUCAH,
BY ANNEXING CERTAIN ,PROPERTY LYING ADJACENT_ T.,O . THE ,CORPORATE LIMITS
OF THE CITY,_ AND- DEFINING ACCURATELY THE- BOUNDARY OF �SAID..PROPERTY
TO BE INCLUDED ' WITHIN THE SAID CORPORATE LIMITS ,
WHEREAS on Au ust 11,. 1981

the- City of„Paducah, Kentucky, passed
an ordinance proposing annexation of the_ property -:hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, -the proposed annexation, was pursuant. to KRS,81A..420 and
no petition to have an_.election on the annexation„ has .been f31ed with -the City
within- sixty (60) days of said August 11, --198.3,,-- and ,
WHEREAS, e property is ,contiguous. to- the -present .q orate limits
