ORDINANCE NO. 81-10-2153
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 81-6-2112,
ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WHAL'S EXCAVATIN & UNDER-
GROUND FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH RENTAL EQUIPMENT AS
SPECIFIED, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH
EQUIPMENT RENTAL
BE IR ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 81-6-2112 be amended
and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read
as follows:
"SECTION 3, The purchase price for said equipment rental shall
be charged to General Fund Account No. 015-69, Floodwall Con-
,
struction Account; Federal Revenue Sharing 3454, Street Paving &
Construction; and/or General Fund Account No. 017-54, Street
Paving Construction, Federal Revenue Sharing Contingency 005-
501-94; General Fund Account Nos. 001-006-57, Maintenance;
001-008-01, Community Development; 001-018-15, Refuse;
001-019-25, Cemetery; 001-020-55, Sanitary Sewers;
001-020-56, Storm Sewers; 001-023=25, Parks; Federal
Revenue Sharing Account Nos. 002-013-74, Inspection;
002-015-69, Flood Construction; Account No. 00-00-01,
Municipal Aid Program, and Sewer Depreciation and
Extension Account.
SECTION 4. Due to the necessity of paying a supplier, an emergency
is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its passage at one reading.
