That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 81-6-2114 be, and it is hereby, amended and reordained to read as follows: "Section 3. The purchase price for said construction shall be charged to (G*nerai-Ftmd-Eontingtrncy�-: Federal Revenue Sharing Contingency, Account No. 005-501-94".. SECTION 2. Since this work is complete and bills for payment of same have been submitted, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage at one reading. /s/ John K.
