At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in the Commission Chambers
at City Hall at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 19, 2002, Mayor Paxton presided, and upon
call of the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Abraham, Coleman, Montgomery, Smith and Mayor Paxton (5).
MAYOR PAXTON: Read a letter from Ira and Charlotte Erwin, Lowertown residents
participating in the Artist Relocation Program, commending the City for this program.
