SITY OF SUCH ANNEXATION
WHEPEAS KRS_ ,81A ,420,. provides . that a City may annex unincorpo-
rated territory, and:.

SECTION 2. It is -hereby declared that extending the boundary of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, by annexing` the property described in, Section 1
hereof is- desirable and necessary.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be'publsled in`'The_ Paducah Sun,
a newspaper in Paducah, ' Kentucky, as provided `for aria required by the
Kentucky Revised S'tatiites and the' extension of the city limits as herein pro-
. -
posed shall': of become effective until' the adoption of. an ordinance annexing the
property described in Section 1 hereof, and such 'ordinance' shall- not 'be adopted
until after publication of this ordinance as 'pravided herein and until the
expiration of a period of -sixty days after the enactment of this ordinance.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
