A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1018
ENTITLED, "A MUNICIPAL ORDER SETTING NEW RENTAL RATES FOR THE
ROBERT CHERRY CIVIC CENTER (FORMERLY KNOWN AS JAYCEE CIVIC
CENTER)" TO ADJUST ALL RATES
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby amends the rental rates for the
Robert Cherry Civic Center as follows:
Full Day Rentals occurring Monday—Thursday $2-7-5 $315
Morning Rental 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., Monday—Thursday $4-50 $190
Evening Rental 3:00 p.m.—midnight, Monday—Thursday $2-00 $240
All Rentals occurring Friday, Saturday or Sunday -$-3-59 $390
Non -Profit Organizationfal( 1 -day), Schools &School
Groups, Religious Organizations, State Government
Entities, and County Government Departments $250 $290
Additional Days: 2nd Day, add: $2-25 $265
3" Day, add: $225 $265
Each Day thereafter, Add: $450 $190
Special Holiday Rental $585
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving DM
New Years Eve, New Years Day
SECTION 2. Reservations in existence prior to the date of this Order will
not be affected by these rates.
SECTION 3. There shall be no free rentals except to City -related entities
or City -sponsored and/or participative activities.
SECTION 4. The Director of Parks Services is hereby authorized to
establish policies for reservations and use of the Robert Cherry Civic Center.
SECTION 5. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
