Sanders Nursery for plant replacement and maintenance 'in the Townlift

SECTION -..2.- '..That the Mayor'- b6iuth6ri zed. execute a contract
with James Sanders Nursery for the plant replacement and maintenance in
the To'wnlift Projeidf: Area authorizied inS66tio_n 1 abov--e-, according to all
documents- heretofore approved-_ and incorporated in the proposal.
SECTION 3. The price for said plant replacement and maintenance
shall be charged to General Fund Account No. 1739.
SECTION 4. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to
approve addenda to the contract, providing that the total addenda shall not
exceed ten percent (100) 'of the contract amount.
SECTION 5. Due to the necessity of getting these plants during a
favorable time of the year, an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect and retroactive to April 1, 1981.
