HomeMy WebLinkAbout83-6-2402ORDINANCE NO. 83-6-2402 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 83-5-2387 ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 198THROUGH JUNE 30, 1984t, BY ESTIMATING REVENUES AND RESOURCES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF CITY GOVERNMENT WHEREAS, it has become necessary to reappropriate available funds among the various departments of the City, and WHEREAS, KRS prohibits expenses to exceed the budget in any department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. In order to reallocate money so departments can meet expenses, an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage with one reading and prior to publication. 29 SECTION 3.
