SECTION 2. This contract shall be effective July 1., 1984, through June 30, 1985. _..- SECTION 3. The aforesaid expenditure shall be paid from account number 10-500-610-371. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
