Home My WebLink About84-6-2527:1 ORDINANCE NO. 84-6-2527 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF MUNSELL & SONS PAINTING, FOR PAINTING THE EXTERIOR OF THE MARKET HOUSE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PAINTING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Munsell & Sons Painting, for the sum of $7,996.00 for painting the exterior of the Market House; according to the specifications authorized by Municipal Order passed by the Board of Commissioners on May 22, 1984, and as contained in the bid of Munsell & Sons Painting, dated June 4, 1984. SECTION 2. The purchase price for said painting shall be charged to Account No. 20-500-620-439. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
