ORDINANCE NO. 85-11-2767 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF $8,900.00 TO JASPER TRANSMISSION EXCHANGE, TO REBUILD TRANSMISSION FOR TEREX SCRAPER FOR LANDFILL BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That City Treasurer be authorized to pay to Jasper Transmission Exchange an amount not to exceed the sum of $8,900.00 to rebuild transmission for Terex scraper for Landfill. SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-420-322 shall be charged with the aforesaid expenditure. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication in full.
