That City Treasurer be authorized to pay to Henderson's Welding Service the sum of $3,558.81 for emergency repairs to replace floor in No. 16 refuse truck. SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-420-322 shall be charged with the aforesaid expenditure. SECTION 3. An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage with one reading.
