HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-10-2758430 ORDINANCE NO. 25-10-2758 AN ORDINANCEAUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO .ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH DONALD SMITH FOR MAJOR SWIMMING POOL REPAIRS ON VARIOUS SWIMMING POOLS WITHIN THE CITY OF,PADUCAH SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized -to enter into a contract with Donald Smith for major swimming pool repairs such as concrete work, electrical work, carpentry,- painting, arpentry,painting, etc., on various swimming pools within the City of Paducah. \i SECTION 2. This contract shall be effective September 1, 1985, through September 30, 1986. - SECTION 3. The rate of pay under this contract shall be $7.50 per hour without any fringe benefits from the City. SECTION 4. The aforesaid expenditure shall be paid from account number 10-500-610-101. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication in full.
