ORDINANCE NO. 85-7-2703
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER
NO. 3 IN THE AMOUNT OF $26,062.00 WITH ASPHALT PAVING, INC. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
CROOKED CREEK INTERCEPTOR SEWERS (PHASE I)
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with Asphalt Paving, Inc. for the
construction of Crooked Creek Interceptor Sewers (Phase I); and
contract.
WHEREAS, a Change Order to said contract is required to amend the amount of
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into
Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $26,062.00 with Asphalt Paving, Inc. for the
construction of Crooked Creek Interceptor Sewers (Phase I). This Change Order is
attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with Asphalt Paving, Inc. is amended
to $151,821.66.
SECTION 3. The Sewer System Depreciation & Extension Fund shall be charged
with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication in full.
