ORDINANCE NO. 85-5-2681
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CROOKED
CREEK INTERCEPTOR SEWERS (PHASE I).
WHEREAS, Steve Luigs and Becky Luigs, Willa Sue Smith and Helen R. Garrett,
Marie Robertson Clark, William G. Skinner and Carolyn Skinner, Mary Judith and Jerry
Allen Wilkey, and John A. Keiler II, David May II and Blanche Keiler Earl have
granted to the City of Paducah right-of-way easements for the construction of Crooked
Creek Interceptor Sewers (Phase I).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the right-of-way easements granted by Steve Luigs and
Becky Luigs, Willa Sue Smith and Helen R. Garrett, Marie Robertson Clark, William G.
Skinner and Carolyn Skinner, Mary Judith and Jerry Allen Wilkey, and John A. Keiler
II, David May II and Blanche Keiler Earl, are hereby accepted by the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2.: That the City Treasurer be authorized to pay $4,500.00 to Steve
Luigs and Becky Luigs in consideration of their grant of right-of-way easement.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
